About 25 polio cases have been reported this year, making a fall in reported cases to 70 percent. Decrease is witnessed due to encroachment of anti-polio militants to north. The tribal areas of Waziristan are the most affected part of the country with polio, as the people believe that polio vaccination is a plot by Jews to sterilize Muslims.
