Aitzaz Ahsan asked clarification from Supreme Court ” How the reference is based on malice”?

“It doesn’t matter whose idea it was to file the reference, The Supreme Court will have to answer on what basis it has termed the reference as malicious” Aitzaz Ahsan said about Justice Faez Isa’s decision by Supreme Court.

Today, Supreme Court has announced the verdict in the case of Justice Faiz Issa. The Supreme Court has rejected the presidential reference filed against Justice Qazi Faiz Issa and granted the petition of Qazi Faiz Issa. The show-cause notice issued to Justice Qazi Faiz Issa has also been declared null and void.
