Every hour 5 patients of Corona die, the death rate from Corona in the country is 2%. On the other hand, the chairman of the government task force, Dr. Ata-ur-Rehman, said that Pakistan was underestimating the number of coronary patients and deaths. He said the number of patients and deaths due to the failure of other organs of the body apart from low testing and respiratory system is low. Dr. Ata-ur-Rehman further said that testing in Pakistan is very low while random testing is almost non-existent. Government figures are based only on tests of people who showed symptoms.

The average age of death from corona in Pakistan is said to be 60 years. According to the National Command and Operations Center, 74% of the dead were over 50 years of age, while 73% of those killed in Corona was already suffering from various chronic diseases.
