Transforming Pakistan Towards a Welfare State, Upto One Million Free Medical Services for all families by Government

The National Health Card qualifies you for access to health services in selected public and private hospitals from the Government of Pakistan. You can get free treatment at various basic health facilities or in case of accident and medical emergency through National Health Card. The program will cover hospitalization up to Rs. 60,000 per family per year, coverage of priority diseases up to 400,000 per family per year
which can be extended up to Rs. 1,000,000 under special circumstances.

Naya Pakistan Health Card

This card will be effective till 2025. The New Pakistan Health Card will also cover cancer, gynecology, dialysis, all types of surgery, heart disease, and liver transplants. It will be a kind of health insurance that will provide decent treatment to sick people in all provinces.

1. Treatment of heart disease

2. Treatment of complications related to diabetes

3. Accidental injuries, ie bone fractures

4. Road accidents

5. Treatment of heart, liver, kidneys and lungs

6. Jaundice and black jaundice

7. Cancer treatment

8. Nervous system surgery

9. Treatment of end-stage kidney disease

10. Preferential treatment also includes a free one-time check-up after discharge from the hospital

Naya Pakistan Sehat Card

The plan has been developed in collaboration with the private-public. This will increase the capacity of private hospitals and make available modern medical equipment. Thousands of people are availing of free treatment every day under Naya Pakistan Health Card. It is a big move towards the mission of the Prime Minister for moving Pakistan towards a welfare state which he resembles with “Riyasat-e-Madina.
