Indian troops ordered to delete 89 mobile apps including Facebook immediately

The Indian military has ordered its troops to immediately delete 89 mobile apps, including Facebook, for fear of leaking private and secret information. The mobile apps that Indian troops have been asked to delete include Facebook, TikTok, Truecaller, and Instagram apps. In addition, several news apps, including Daily Hunt, have been asked to be deleted.

Also WeChat, ShareChat, Viber, IMO, Samosa, Kovali, Xander, Zipia, Shareit, UC Browser, UC Browser Mini, Zoom, LiveMe, WeMate, Cam Scanner, Beauty Plus, True Caller, Popular apps like PubG, Clash of Kings, Ali Express, CouchSurfing, Hangama and Songs.pk, Tumblr, Reddit are also included in the list of these 89 apps. The Indian army chief says anyone who violates the order will face dire consequences.
