Huge Investments in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Region

In a significant move to develop the Eastern Region, the Governor of the Eastern Province announced the inauguration of 18 investment projects worth 14 billion Saudi Riyals (USD 3.73 billion).

These investment projects vary across sectors including housing, tourism, entertainment, sports, culture, and infrastructure.

🔅 Marjan Island on Dammam Corniche: An artificial island covering 200,000 square meters, with investments of 1.5 billion Saudi Riyals ($400 million).

🔅 The Ritz-Carlton Half Moon Beach Resort: A tourist resort spanning 100,000 square meters, with investments of 1 billion Saudi Riyals ($266.67 million).

🔅 King Abdullah Cultural Center on Dammam Corniche: A cultural center covering 100,000 square meters, with investments of 1.2 billion Saudi Riyals ($320 million).

🔅 Ajyal Boulevard in Dhahran: A commercial and entertainment complex over 600,000 square meters, with investments of 3 billion Saudi Riyals ($800 million).

🔅 Heart of Khobar Project: A residential project spanning 500,000 square meters, with investments of 2.5 billion Saudi Riyals ($666.67 million).

🔅 Homes of the Hills Project: A residential project spanning 400,000 square meters, with investments of 2 billion Saudi Riyals ($533.33 million).

🔅 Water Tower (Landmark) Investment Project on Khobar Corniche: An investment project covering 50,000 square meters, with investments of 500 million Saudi Riyals ($133.33 million).

🔅 Development of Seafronts and Beaches: Projects for developing seafronts and beaches in the Eastern Region, with investments of 1 billion Saudi Riyals ($266.67 million).
