Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB), a leading name in digital banking, has announced the inclusion of Kia in its recently launched Auto Marketplace, an innovative platform that integrates with the QIB Mobile App. The Auto Marketplace transforms the car-buying process by offering customers a fully digital, streamlined experience connecting them directly with car dealerships.

The platform provides an end-to-end car purchasing journey through the QIB Mobile App. Customers can explore an extensive selection of Kia vehicles, browse detailed listings, and choose their preferred model. The app also allows users to book test drives directly, ensuring a convenient and hassle-free process. Furthermore, the financing component is integrated into the platform, enabling customers to secure financing instantly without leaving the app. This seamless journey—from browsing to purchase—offers a comprehensive and efficient solution for car buyers.

D. Anand, General Manager of QIB’s Personal Banking Group, highlighted the significance of this collaboration, stating:
“We are pleased to welcome Kia to our Auto Marketplace to transform the car-buying journey. This partnership reflects our commitment to meeting the growing demand for faster, more convenient digital solutions in the automotive sector. Together, we are offering a unified and efficient experience—all through the QIB Mobile App.”

Echoing these sentiments, Hossam Abu Shadi, Brand Director of Kia Qatar, expressed enthusiasm for the partnership:
“We are excited to be part of the QIB Auto Marketplace to provide our clients with a streamlined and integrated purchase experience. This collaboration underscores our commitment to better serving our mutual clients and offering them more convenient digital solutions in the automotive industry.”

The QIB Mobile App, available on the App Store, Google Play, and Huawei AppGallery, allows customers to self-register easily using their debit card details. It offers a wide range of banking services, including account management, transaction monitoring, and personal financing. New customers can open an account instantly, while existing customers can apply for additional accounts, personal financing, or credit cards—all through the app.

With the addition of Kia, the Auto Marketplace continues to redefine the automotive shopping experience, reinforcing QIB’s position as a leader in innovative digital banking solutions. This development reflects the growing trend of digitization in the financial and automotive sectors, meeting customer demands for speed, convenience, and efficiency.
