DUBAI — Takamol Holding Company concluded its participation at GITEX Global 2024 by signing 16 agreements and memorandums of understanding (MOUs) with prominent local, regional, and international companies. The deals underscore Takamol’s commitment to advancing digital transformation, workforce solutions, and public service initiatives, both in Saudi Arabia and beyond.

Held in Dubai under the theme “Global Collaboration to Build a Future AI Economy,” GITEX Global 2024 attracted significant attention to Takamol’s booth, where the company showcased its cutting-edge solutions aimed at addressing challenges in various sectors, including artificial intelligence, automation, and digital transformation.

Among the key partnerships, Takamol signed an agreement with Saudi Aramco to facilitate workforce assignment verification through the labor sector platforms, Qiwa and Ajeer. This collaboration is expected to enhance the efficiency of workforce management and streamline employment processes.

Takamol also entered into an MOU with global technology leader Oracle, focusing on accelerating digital transformation in Saudi Arabia. The agreement includes the use of Oracle’s cloud services to support Takamol’s operations and strengthen the Kingdom’s digital infrastructure.

In another significant move, Takamol partnered with Bank AlBilad to raise awareness about disability services. The collaboration aims to support an awareness program and mobile app while promoting the Mowaamah initiative, which focuses on improving accessibility for people with disabilities. The agreement also includes provisions for sign language interpreters to assist in joint efforts between the two organizations.

Additionally, Takamol signed an MOU with Expert Vision Consulting, aimed at exploring growth opportunities in consulting services. The partnership seeks to combine the expertise of both companies to deliver innovative solutions across various sectors, using technology, strategy, and innovation.

Takamol’s focus on digital transformation was further highlighted by two agreements aimed at accelerating Saudi Arabia’s digital goals. The company teamed up with General Assembly to offer training programs in data, technology, and artificial intelligence, helping to develop a highly skilled workforce in the Kingdom. Another deal with Tiqmo will simplify salary payments for domestic workers through the Musaned platform by integrating the Tiqmo digital wallet, enhancing financial efficiency and transparency.

On the sidelines of the event, Takamol expanded its reach by signing an MOU with Serco, focusing on consulting services and operational improvements, and another with North Highland to provide digital transformation solutions for Saudi Arabia’s public sector.

Takamol’s participation in GITEX Global 2024 reflects its commitment to driving innovation and addressing societal challenges. The company’s presence at the event showcased its role in shaping the future of technology and public service.
