The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has continued its global humanitarian efforts, delivering essential food supplies and medical aid to communities in Bangladesh, Pakistan, Mali, Malaysia, and the southern Gaza Strip, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
As part of its food assistance program, KSrelief distributed 595 food parcels to flood and cyclone-affected residents in Bangladesh. The initiative reached multiple regions, benefitting nearly 2,975 individuals struggling with the aftermath of natural disasters.
In Pakistan, the Saudi relief agency provided 492 food boxes in the Upper Chitral District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, a region recently impacted by severe flooding. The aid benefited approximately 3,546 people, offering critical support to families facing food insecurity.
In addition to food relief, KSrelief extended its assistance to Malaysia and Mali, delivering large quantities of dates as part of Saudi Arabia’s commitment to aiding “brotherly and friendly nations.” Malaysia received 25 tonnes of dates, while Mali was provided with 50 tonnes, reinforcing the Kingdom’s ongoing efforts to support global food security.
Meanwhile, in the war-torn Gaza Strip, KSrelief sent 25 truckloads of medical supplies to hospitals and health centers in the southern region. The shipment is aimed at strengthening Gaza’s fragile healthcare system amid worsening humanitarian conditions.
The Saudi Center for Culture and Heritage, KSrelief’s executive partner in Gaza, received the supplies and has begun distributing them to medical facilities in dire need of resources.
KSrelief remains a key player in Saudi Arabia’s global humanitarian outreach, providing aid to vulnerable communities worldwide. The organization has spearheaded numerous relief missions, including food distribution, medical aid, and development projects, underscoring the Kingdom’s commitment to alleviating human suffering.
