The UAE’s National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has predicted light rainfall over select coastal and northern areas, with humid conditions expected to develop overnight and into Tuesday morning.
According to the forecast, internal areas may experience mist formation during the early hours, adding to reduced visibility in certain locations.
Northwesterly winds are forecast to remain light to moderate, gradually freshening in the afternoon. Wind speeds are expected to range between 15 km/h and 30 km/h, occasionally reaching up to 40 km/h in some areas, the NCM stated.
Marine Conditions to Shift
The Arabian Gulf is expected to see moderate sea conditions in the morning, transitioning to rougher waters by the afternoon. Meanwhile, the Oman Sea will remain relatively calm with slight wave activity throughout the day.
Authorities have advised residents and marine operators to stay updated on weather alerts, particularly as wind speeds and sea conditions may impact outdoor and maritime activities.
The forecast highlights the dynamic weather changes typical of the season and calls for caution on roads during misty conditions.
