Parents in Dubai now have access to a specialized facility providing holistic developmental and educational support for children with special needs. Dibber 4’ALL, a nursery in Al Barsha South, combines therapy and education under one roof, streamlining care for families and setting a benchmark for inclusive education in the UAE.
The centre is equipped with Dubai Health Authority (DHA)-licensed teachers and specialists offering services such as speech and occupational therapy, along with tailored educational programs. Dibber 4’ALL has seen strong demand since its recent launch, highlighting the critical need for such integrated facilities.
Inclusive Learning Environment
The nursery fosters an inclusive environment, allowing children of determination to be seamlessly integrated into mainstream education programs while addressing their unique requirements.
Nahi Rahal, CEO of Dibber MENA, highlighted the inspiration behind the facility: “In Norway, integrating special needs children into mainstream settings is common but challenging. This inspired us to create a centre where children receive education and therapy in one location. Parents no longer need to visit multiple centres for their child’s needs.”
Children’s journeys at Dibber 4’ALL begin with a thorough assessment, enabling tailored recommendations. Rahal noted, “Many children face complex conditions, such as communication delays or behavioural challenges, and struggle in mainstream settings. Our centre provides the specialized environment needed to help these children transition seamlessly to mainstream education.”
Rising Demand and Future Expansion
Within two months of opening, the centre’s first classroom, designed for 10 children, reached full capacity, leading to a waiting list. Plans are underway to open a second classroom once additional qualified teachers are recruited.
The program ensures small class sizes and a high educator-to-student ratio of 3:1, significantly above standard levels, to offer personalized attention.
The annual fee is AED 40,000 for education, with an additional AED 40,000 for therapy services. Dibber’s Nordic-based curriculum, implemented globally, incorporates a strong emphasis on Arabic to reflect regional culture.
State-of-the-Art Facilities
The nursery features 13 classrooms, two dedicated to children of determination, an indoor gym, shaded outdoor play areas, and facilities for children aged 45 days to six years.
Children of determination can enroll from age two and participate in group therapy sessions during school hours. Individual therapy sessions tailored to specific needs are offered in the afternoons. The centre collaborates with specialized clinics to provide additional support when required.
“We aim to provide a nurturing environment where all children can thrive,” Rahal said. “By integrating education and therapy, we ensure children are well-prepared for future transitions.”
