PIF announced the establishment of “Dan” company, which specializes in rural and environmental Tourism. The company aims to develop and operate destinations that include luxury resorts and rural lodges in partnership with the local community.
🔸️ The company will start its activities in Al Ahsa, where it will develop an environmental resort, an agricultural resort, and an adventure resort on an area of 1.8 million square meters. The company is expected to provide more than 10,000 direct and indirect jobs.
🔸️ The establishment of “Dan” company comes as part of the PIF’s efforts to enhance the tourism sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The company aims to contribute SAR 6 billion to the Saudi gross domestic product by 2030.
