UiPath has announced a strategic collaboration with NVIDIA to integrate advanced artificial intelligence (AI) technologies into enterprise automation, paving the way for secure, high-trust applications across sectors such as fraud detection, finance, and healthcare.
The partnership combines UiPath’s expertise in agentic automation with NVIDIA’s open Nemotron models and NVIDIA NIM microservices, enabling enterprises to deploy powerful AI capabilities—including natural language processing, image analysis, and predictive analytics—directly within automated workflows. The integration aims to accelerate the adoption of Agentic AI in complex, regulated environments that require precision, transparency, and scalability.
A key element of the collaboration is the new Integration Service Connector, which seamlessly links UiPath’s automation platform with NVIDIA NIM and Nemotron models. This allows organizations to embed generative AI tools into their automation systems, enhancing performance, decision-making, and efficiency.
UiPath and NVIDIA said the partnership will also explore future opportunities in agentic orchestration, the development of specialized AI agents, and the deployment of automation tools in on-premises and air-gapped environments—offering secure AI solutions for industries with strict regulatory requirements.
Graham Sheldon, Chief Product Officer at UiPath, said the collaboration is designed to bring enterprise-grade governance and trust to AI-powered automation.
“Sensitive processes like fraud detection or healthcare workflows demand AI that is both powerful and trustworthy,” Sheldon said. “By integrating NVIDIA NIM models directly into the UiPath Platform, customers can deploy and orchestrate their own hosted models with the transparency and control they need to deliver real business impact.”
Joey Conway, Senior Director of Enterprise Generative AI Software at NVIDIA, said the partnership aligns with growing enterprise demand for reliable, secure AI systems that can handle complex operations.
“Enterprises are seeking AI that delivers secure, reliable outcomes for complex and proprietary operations,” Conway said. “With open NVIDIA Nemotron models and NIM microservices, UiPath can quickly create and deploy advanced automation with AI agents to serve complex use cases in regulated environments.”
Industry analysts say the collaboration underscores the growing convergence between automation and AI, as businesses seek to improve efficiency while maintaining compliance and governance standards. By leveraging NVIDIA’s scalable AI infrastructure and UiPath’s automation platform, organizations can develop intelligent workflows that combine machine reasoning with human oversight.
The partnership positions UiPath and NVIDIA at the forefront of enterprise automation’s next evolution—where AI agents can securely manage data-driven tasks, streamline critical operations, and deliver measurable value across multiple sectors.
