PRYPCO Unveils Super App to Empower UAE Real Estate Agents

PRYPCO Unveils Super App to Empower UAE Real Estate Agents
Web Reporter
October 27, 2025

Dubai-based proptech firm PRYPCO has launched PRYPCO One, a first-of-its-kind super app designed to transform the way real estate agents work by integrating smart tools, live market data, and reward-driven features into a single digital platform.

Described as “The One for All Agents,” the platform brings together exclusive property listings, project details, mortgage services, data insights, and commission opportunities within one ecosystem. The launch marks a significant step in PRYPCO’s mission to streamline real estate operations through innovation and efficiency.

One of the standout features of the app is Insta-Mortgage, which allows agents to pre-qualify clients for home financing within five minutes. By speeding up this process, agents can reduce transaction delays and unlock additional income streams, earning up to 0.35% of the total mortgage value for deals closed via PRYPCO.

The platform also includes a Create Your Site feature, enabling agents to build custom mini-websites in under two minutes to showcase property listings and receive direct WhatsApp leads—without any setup costs.

According to PRYPCO, more than 9,000 active agents are already using the app. Its expanding database covers over 300 secondary properties and a Projects Data Hub that provides detailed insights into more than 1,500 developments across the UAE. The hub includes project descriptions, live updates, analytics, and interactive maps.

“Real estate agents are the backbone of this industry, yet their tools haven’t evolved at the same pace as the market,” said Amira Sajwani, Founder and CEO of PRYPCO. “With PRYPCO One, we’re giving agents everything they need in one place — from real data and faster deals to meaningful rewards. The response so far has been exceptional, and it’s clear that agents are ready for technology that truly works for them.”

Sajwani added that PRYPCO One is more than a productivity app; it represents a complete ecosystem built to “simplify, accelerate, and reward every part of the agent journey.”

Alongside the new app, the company has introduced PRYPCO Collect, a gamified rewards program that lets agents earn and redeem points for completed transactions or referrals. Rewards can range from iPhones and luxury items to allocations on high-end projects like DAMAC Islands.

With the launch of PRYPCO One, the company aims to reinforce its position as a leader in technology-driven real estate solutions. By merging data intelligence, digital tools, and tangible incentives, PRYPCO seeks to set a new benchmark for agent empowerment and operational efficiency in the UAE’s evolving property sector.
