Why change is eminent?

Change is important, it’s vital and eminent. If things do not change, processes do not change or habits do not change, process, people, and life become dead. To change is to grow, to evolve is to succeed, to improvise is to betterment. 

It’s observed people are resistant to change, afraid of evolving or even to accept new ideas on how to work differently and ultimately reaching to same results. 

Why people don’t appreciate change? It is not something related to their traditions or values, it’s their deep desire to maintain status or extreme stubbornness towards welcoming new innovative ideas, lack of respect towards other’s opinions and views, and the peak of resistance towards accepting this fact others can think or do things in a better way as compared to our old ways of doing things.

Change is an important element in life in order to keep rolling and moving towards whatever aims one has in life. If people don’t change, they don’t evolve, they don’t succeed, they don’t become better people for themself or for others as well. 

Each and every experience in life is an opportunity to learn something, to gain something, or to understand something. Evolving is not an easy process, it requires realization and acceptance of the fact that it’s not always “Me” or “I”, it’s “We” and this “We” comes when we listen to others, understand them, welcome them and accept that they can be better than us in many ways. 

Incorporate world now this terminology “Boss is always right” doesn’t sell, if the boss is always right then why there’s a need to hire specialized and qualified professionals? A specialized person will highlight how to do things in the right way and reach to desired results.

Secondly, evolving and growth are not dependent upon just taking orders, it depends upon how mature you are in understanding the realistic needs of your organization and market as well. Maintaining a balance between a realistic approach and artificial theories is a real art.

Change is important for actual and real growth not for your own leisure, in fact, life is in changing, example, if the weather doesn’t change the whole natural process, will be dead if we don’t change places or countries we can not learn, if we don’t change clothes they will stink. 

People liberate when they change and adopt good habits, they open up to what others are saying and provide what they need, not all the time what they need.
