System and it’s flaws

System is a generic word that is basically a collection of principles or procedures according to which something is developed, organized, and channelized. System has different components and elements, which could be policies, procedures and practices and people which are acceptable by everyone and promoted by everyone.

System becomes vulnerable and shaky when it can be exploited by anyone, or anyone can take it in his or her control and starts playing with all of its components and make things crazy. Systems can be in various form, geo political, technological, organizational, human resource, financial and various other kinds as per situation and context we are looking at. System becomes flawed when it has weaknesses, flaws, loopholes, fault or mistakes in it, system needs to be accurate and perfect as per rules and procedures and best practices.

When system has flaws it becomes weak and vulnerable and can be exploited by any threat or attack, and becomes faulty. Best way is to scrutinize system, identify loopholes, catch culprits and make it transparent, flaws free and with no tolerance for manipulation, exploitation and vulnerabilities so that wherever system is being misused it should be on watch and can be fixed real quick. Issue is with all types of systems be it technological, political, manual or online when it is too much stretched or too much contracts it either starts creating loopholes or suffocates everyone, so even with the system every control and every step should be moderate and careful.

With system their comes troubleshooting where all errors should be identified and fixed and again system should run with smoothness and never-ending success. System’s success is actually everyone’s achievement but when there are flaws in system be it technically or be it due to corrupt practices or by attacks of hackers it starts becoming complicating and making errors that stop the work, flow of transactions, deals or even can frustrate users as well.

Glitch in systems should be resoled and fixed very quick without even waiting for anyone who would come and understand it, no, system should be accompanied by it’s real experts and readers who can observe it, analyze it where things are going wrong, understand the core issue and fix it fast. Delay times and waiting times can only make things slow and less productive. Understand this, why there is need of system? To organize and channelize processes, if system is it self corrupt by any mistake, error, loophole, mafia or anyone then chances are it will corrupt whole process and can disturb many sub processes associated to it.

System is generic term which can be set of policies and procedures, people, laws, technology or all together depends upon need and situations, take example of accounting software if it goes down, problem comes on Finance department and all transactions and recording of it stops though it’s just a system but there are many processes attached to it. The beautiful and also negative point of system is that either it is in favor of people or against of people, for example can be controlled manually to destruct processes or to let it be smooth, error free with all types of fixing to make it excellent organizer.
