Journey from generalization to inclusivity to diversification

Generalization is saying hypothetically or writing something which has true meanings attached but is does not meant to be true all time, sometimes it is and sometimes it isn’t. it depends upon situations to situations and events to events and how it is perceived by readers or listeners. Point to be noted generalization is dangerous because it doesn’t have specifics attached to that speech or paragraph.

On contrary, inclusivity is providing equal rights, access to all resources and facilities to those who have always been marginalized such as those who belong to different communities and are differently able. Inclusivity is a good solution when there’s short of resources, or people from different communities have different thoughts or ideas about doing things.

When generalization is taken to the next stage which is inclusivity it helps big time in understanding problems, gives hope and opens doors for opportunities and possibilities but in non-political or non-controversial ways.

From generalization to inclusivity is a long journey then comes diversity where things become stronger bring equity, and can drive to real progress most famous example are when nations show their diversified talents, skills and colors they attract more investments and trade deals. But, it shouldn’t mix with the negative style of attracting investments.

Generalization is helpful when you have to see things in a bigger perspective, send messages to a larger audience and develop your point, however, inclusivity narrows down to purposes or wants at both ends, it fits in and covers shortcomings. Then starts diversifications where different colors and talents are displayed for bigger purposes and eventually it attracts desired things, solutions, ways to address issues, gives an acceptable solution to achieve whatever is desired or asked for.

Generalization becomes destructive when it is premature though it can neutralize its destructive approach through innovative and modern ways where you include things that are fillings spaces and gaps and shape the generalized idea to something real.

Generalized when mixed with inclusive approach then it becomes diversified approach which shows flexibility and welcome ideas, anything which is too much generalized is also dangerous and vague and anything which is too much inclusive is also a problem so the best way is to maintain a balance between generalization and inclusivity.

Basically, there are three realities one is a generalization, second is inclusivity and third is diversification, step by step ideas are taken and transformed into something filled with art and meticulously superb work.
