🔸 The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has recently upgraded its forecasts for economic growth in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, increasing its positive outlook for the Kingdom’s economic performance from 4.5% in 2025 to 5.5%. This adjustment surpasses the predictions made in its previous report in October 2023.
🔸 These revisions to the IMF’s forecasts are based on the latest data released in its World Economic Outlook Update, January 2024. They highlight an optimistic view of the Saudi economy’s performance, its strength, and its ability to achieve positive growth despite the risks, challenges, and global conditions faced by most economies.
🔸 These positive expectations reaffirm the growth and prosperity the Saudi Economy is experiencing, bolstered by its leadership on both regional and international stages.
🔸 The report also forecasts that the global economy will grow by 3.1% in 2024 and 3.2% in 2025.
