PTM’s Arif Wazir Died in Hospital after the Assassination Attempt

Pashtun Tehreek Movement leader Arif Wazir succumbed to his injuries in a hospital in Islamabad after the assassination attempt. According to police, Arif Wazir was shifted from Dera Ismail Khan to Islamabad on Friday night.

According to Nayab Khan, leader of the Pashtun Movement Islamabad, who was present at the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences, Arif Wazir underwent a five-hour operation. He has lost his life after the operation. According to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa police sources, strict security measures are being taken in Dera Ismail Khan and Waziristan at present. Police are currently conducting raids to find the killers of Arif Wazir. Arif Wazir was one of the important personalities of South Waziristan.
