Agility Public Warehousing Company announced that its subsidiary, Menzies Aviation, has finalized the acquisition of U.S.-based G2 Secure Staff in a deal valued at $305 million. The agreement also includes an additional $10 million deferred payment in 2026, contingent upon the achievement of performance milestones.
The acquisition significantly strengthens Menzies Aviation’s global footprint, reinforcing its position as the world’s largest aviation services provider. With the integration of G2, Menzies now operates across 350 airports in 65 countries, offering ground handling, cargo, and passenger services on an unprecedented scale.
As part of the transition, G2 Secure Staff’s operations will be rebranded under the Menzies Aviation name. The company has outlined a comprehensive integration plan designed to ensure a smooth transition for employees, customers, and airline partners. Officials emphasized that the continuity of services remains a top priority throughout the process.
From a financial standpoint, the acquisition is expected to deliver a notable boost to Menzies’ performance. G2’s financial results will be consolidated with those of Menzies, which is projected to lift the group’s annual revenue by 20 percent to over $3.1 billion, based on its fiscal year 2024 results. Industry analysts view the deal as a transformative step, particularly as demand for aviation services continues to rebound in the wake of global travel recovery.
The U.S. market, where G2 Secure Staff has an extensive presence, represents a key area of expansion for Menzies. By acquiring G2, Menzies gains greater operational depth in North America, strengthening its ability to serve airlines, airports, and passengers in one of the world’s most competitive aviation markets.
“This acquisition is a landmark for Menzies’ global growth strategy,” Agility said in a statement, highlighting that the deal underscores the company’s commitment to scaling its operations and delivering long-term value to stakeholders.
Industry experts note that consolidation in the aviation services sector has been accelerating, with larger players seeking to expand geographic coverage and service capacity through strategic acquisitions. The G2 deal positions Menzies at the forefront of this trend, giving it a significant edge over regional competitors and enhancing its ability to secure long-term contracts with major airlines.
Agility’s acquisition of G2 Secure Staff marks one of its most substantial moves in recent years and signals continued confidence in the aviation sector’s growth potential. With passenger volumes and cargo operations expected to climb steadily, Menzies is now well-positioned to capitalize on rising global demand.
The integration process is already underway, with rebranding efforts set to be completed over the coming months. Once fully consolidated, the deal is expected to reshape the competitive landscape of aviation services in the U.S. while further cementing Menzies’ global leadership.
