DO not wait to get help if you experience any of these heart attacks that are unexpected and deep. But most start slowly, with central pain or discomfort, and pay attention to your body. Many people believe a heart attack to come in immediately. But research suggests that women experience symptoms for a few weeks before a heart attack. Your body is very expert at giving signals when something is wrong. For example, a problem with the heart not only produces nerves in that area but also causes pain outside. Sometimes, the pain or pressure is quick, not due to physical effort, and can wake you up at night. Heart attack signs look various for everyone.

Chest discomfort

Most heart attacks involve discomfort in the center of the chest that lasts more than a few minutes, or it may go away and then come back. It can feel like comfortable pressure compacting fullness or pain. Some women may experience it more than men. Chest pain is a very common heart attack sign but can feel different than your ability to think.

Discomfort in other areas of the upper

Symptoms can involve pain or discomfort in one or both arms, the back, neck, jaw, or stomach. This kind of pain is more common in women than men. It may discourage women who believe their pain to be focused on their chest and left arm. Not their back or jaw. This pain can be slow and steady, and it may oil and wane before becoming deep.

Stomach pain.

Sometimes people mistake stomach pain that signals a heart attack with backflow, the flu, or a stomach ulcer. Some women can feel pain or pressure in the stomach before a heart attack.

Shortness of breath

As women age, a lack of exercise and gradational weight gain cause problems like shortness of breath. After all, this can signal a heart problem in certain situations. Shortness of breath that declines when lying down and improves when you are sitting up is also a warning sign of heart failure, as is breathlessness that continues to decline over time after a struggle. Feeling suddenly short of breath if you are not exercising is also a symptom.

Sweating

Breaking out in a troubled, cold sweat is common among women with a heart attack. It will feel more like concern-related sweating than dripping from exercising or spending time outside in the heat.

Fatigue

Some women who have heart attacks feel exhausted, even if they have been sitting only for a while or have not moved much.
