Headache is becoming a major problem now a day. Many people feel irritated and tension, whenever they have headache. There are many causes of headache like tension, deadlines, office assignments, hectic routine and much more. Whenever you feel stress about any problem, then immediately the attack of headache occurs.

Headache is usually temporary, permanent headache is due to tension and it does not end, until your tension is resolved. Using medicines are not good because you become addict of it and sometimes you take double dose in order to get rid of headache. 1. One of the effective methods from Natural headache remedies to release from pain is to do the massage of oil. Use rosemary oil to massage slightly on the forehead. After it, sit somewhere quietly for some time. Within minutes, you will really feel a difference and will become better than before.

2. Many researches have shown that the basic reason of migraine is the deficiency of magnesium in brain. Taking magnesium in the form of supplement can prevent you from headache. You can get this supplement at your nearest drugstore. The natural sources of magnesium are dried figs, pumpkin seeds, dark chocolate and mackerel. If you don’t want to take magnesium supplement then take these things in your diet.

3. A very famous herb known as butterbur can be used to totally get rid of migraine. It is very effective and work as efficient pain releaser. Many migraine specialists also recommend this herb. Almost three studies have proven the effectiveness of butterbur. It helps in reducing migraine attack. For almost one month, take 75mg dose two times a day and enjoy effective results.
