How To Get Rid Of A Fever

Fever is that situation when the body temperature increases that is, the body temperature rises from 97 to 100 Fahrenheit and in this case the person feels restless, irritated he doesn’t want to talk to anybody and they wanted to get rid of it very soon. So there are many tips by which we can get rid of fever soon and easily. The first and the foremost thing you should do is to undress yourself.

Undressing yourself:

That means that the suffering person should wear light clothes he/she should wear loose clothes and can take a thin blanket if he/she is feeling cold.

Now the other thing you can do to get rid of fever is to take as much rest as you can.

Rest Rest Rest:

Rest is the best thing that can do by suffering to get rid as earlier as he want excessive rest is very important for the sufferer.

Increase the intake of water:

The patient should take as much water as he can because dehydration is common problem in fever and many doctors recommend because it will help to lower the body temperature.

Comforting the surroundings:

The patient should adjust his surrounding according to him. They should adjust their room temperature according to their fever so he will feel more comfortable.

Staying Indoor:

The sufferer should stay indoor so that in this way his condition will not get worse and will recover soon. As the adverse weather outside will worsen the health of person and it can be dangerous for sufferer.

Drinking herbal tea:

There are many tips which our Grandmother’s use to get rid of fever one is herbal tea. They have their own remedies which they use for curing the fever. Even doctor recommend herbal tea.

Drinking Apple water:

The apple water is also recommended by doctor and is very beneficial for the fever patient.
