Use of Omega 3:

Omega-3 helps improve heart health, adding it to the diet will not only boost your heart health but also reduce inflammation in the body. And you can eat seeds, you can also use fat fish to get it.

When it comes to the benefits of nuts, they are rich in essential nutrients and give you a healthy life and a handful of nuts are also called the home of nutritional power, so Eat nuts like almonds and walnuts and get rid of heart disease.

Eat less but be more nutritious:
