Start-Up Research Grant Program (SRGP) for PhD Holders in Pakistan

Higher Education commission Pakistan launched Start-Up Research Grant Program (SRGP) for fresh PhD holders to establish research facilities when they join higher education institutions as faculty members. The program enables the newly appointed PhD faculty to set up basic research infrastructure.

It helps financial assistance for the Labs and students to motivate the research culture in Pakistan.

• Applicant should be a Fresh PhD degree holder joining on IPFP, TTS, BPS or long term regular contract (minimum for a period of one year)
• Applicant must be joining Public Sector University/Institution or Private Sector University /Institution eligible for Public Funding
• Fresh PhD degree holder means PhD degree completed within two years before the application deadline.
