Central European University, Hungary offers MS & Ph.D fully funded Graduate Scholarships for International Students.
Applications are now accepted for masters and doctoral fellowships at the University of Central Europe in Hungary. Graduate students and teachers from all over the world gather in Budapest to engage in interdisciplinary education, pursue advanced studies and solve some of the most challenging issues.
Central European University is a ‘crossroads’university where professors and students from more than 100 countries come to engage in interdisciplinary education, continue the advanced learning, and address some of the company’s most boring problems.

Master’s Scholarship
The CEU Master’s Scholarship provides 100% of tuition, health insurance and a monthly allowance of HUF 96 000 (about EUR 310) or HUF 50 000 (around EUR 160) to cover living expenses. Individual or shared housing in the CEU Residence Center can also be offered to the Fellows.
Doctoral Scholarships
CEU offers competitive financial assistance to students in PhD programs. Candidates for a CEU doctoral program are automatically considered for a CEU doctoral scholarship. PhD Scholarship covers the full tuition and health insurance and includes a monthly allowance of HUF 242 000 (approximately EUR 780) covering housing and living expenses.
