The customer base exceeded 3.6 million people, making Octobank one of the leaders among small banks in retail coverage. More than 15,000 companies use the bank’s acquiring solutions.

The “PreApprove” microloan up to UZS 100 million provides customers with fast online access to financing, strengthening the bank’s position in the digital lending segment.

International Expansion

At the international exhibition SIBOS 2025 in Germany, Octobank participated as an exhibitor and held more than 40 meetings with representatives of banks and financial institutions from 20 countries.

Expansion of the correspondent network to 55+ countries and the opening of new accounts, including Santander, XJ Bank, and CZBANK, strengthened the bank’s position in cross-border settlements.

• Foreign trade clients — over 100
• Transaction volume since the beginning of the year — $3.87 billion
• Number of payments — over 2,000

Digital Solutions and Innovation

Octobank continues to build a next-generation digital ecosystem. Integration with Alipay+ enables payments abroad in Uzbek soums, while the MyID Palm biometric system in the Tashkent metro provides instant and secure transactions.

The bank’s technological initiatives set standards for digital financial services and expand opportunities for customers and businesses.

Awards and Recognition

In 2025, Octobank confirmed its digital leadership: it entered the TOP-3 small banks according to CERR, received stable outlooks from Moody’s and S&P Global, and its brand value reached $30 million.

The bank was recognized for digital solutions at TAF and Brand24 Awards International (“For Dynamic Development in Uzbekistan’s Banking Sector 2024”), named “Leader in Digital Payments” at E-commerce Central Asia Expo 2026, acted as general sponsor of TAF!25, and twice received the “Best Acquiring Bank” award from Visa.

Corporate Culture and Social Mission

Combining technological development with social responsibility, Octobank implements the “Mahalla Banker” project, conducts financial literacy programs for school students, launched the AI video channel OCTO-AI-TV, and organized its first major corporate football tournament.

A significant event of the year was a visit to the Republican Children’s Center of Hematology and Oncology with a New Year program that brought children a festive and supportive atmosphere.

“2025 became a year of sustainable growth and large-scale digital transformation for Octobank. We introduced advanced solutions, expanded our international presence, and developed services focused on real customer needs. In 2026, we will continue building a digital ecosystem for businesses and individuals in Uzbekistan and beyond,” said Octobank Chairman of the Management Board Iskandar Tursunov.
