COVID and it’s after effects in Economy

COVID and it’s after effects in Economy

In the year 2020 world has faced a real challenge that was not faced by the world in history which was the pandemic that is Covid 19, no one knows how it started and why it started spreading very fast throughout the globe that no household or family was saved from it literally. This disease affected the public so brutally that people started getting worried about how can we save ourself and at the government level it was a real challenge to save their nations from getting affected by this pandemic by hook or by crook.

COVID and Economy

Covid affected strongest economies and developing economies both and all economies faced its impacts as well and also, its after-effects. At one end when covid took the lives of many people which is absolutely painful and impacted many families and let them go through financial and emotional stress, it also opened doors to various new opportunities. Corporate sectors introduced various new working models and also hospitals, pharmaceutical organizations, and scientists got benefited a lot in terms of selling vaccinations and other relevant equipment which were needed by hospitals.

COVID and Economy

Now the questions arise… how long this covid will go on? When will economies recover from this time being recession which started at the beginning of the year 2020 and God knows when will it be over? Is the public going to accept settling for lower salaries or expecting their salaries should be back to normal? Is the corporate sector willing to continue with this temporarily introduced working model which was the “Work from home” or “Online meetings” concept or they want the conventional working model to prevail?

Analysts believe this covid situation will be over till the end of 2020 or maximum in the first quarter of the year 2021 which is actually going to help economies in reviving and bring back life to normal. Now next point is would the public’s lives be normal? Their lives should be normal and they should get what they were getting before or what they are actually expecting in terms of their normal salaries, their financial and economic situations should be normal as well.

Lastly, will the corporate sector going to resume the previous style of working, which of course would be, or if they start to pass on benefits to employees since, all business activities going to be normal, this is the actual question… and above all would economies again come back to boom track after this recovery phase, that’s for sure yes!
