HONOR has officially launched its highly anticipated 400 Series smartphones in Dubai, introducing two new models — the HONOR 400 and HONOR 400 Pro — under the campaign theme “HONOR AI Wonderverse.” The release signals the brand’s push to blend modern design with advanced mobile intelligence, bringing a fresh approach to smartphone technology in an increasingly saturated market.
Revealed during a high-profile event, the devices feature a design inspired by natural elements, available in distinctive colour options: Midnight Black, Meteor Silver, and Desert Gold for the standard model, with the Pro variant arriving in Tidal Blue and Lunar Grey.
Beyond aesthetics, the HONOR 400 Series is built to offer a new way for users to interact, create, and connect through a suite of smart, image-focused tools. Central to the experience is an AI-powered creative editor that enables features such as “AI Image to Video,” which turns still photos into short motion clips, and “AI Erase Passers-by,” which removes background distractions from photos in one tap.
Additional tools like AI Upscale, AI Cutout, and AI Eyes Open aim to resolve common photo-editing challenges — from enhancing low-resolution images to adjusting group photos where someone’s eyes may be closed.
The 400 Pro stands out with a 200MP Ultra-Clear AI Camera System, offering up to 50x zoom and enhanced portrait capabilities. The standard model features a 30x zoom, along with AI-powered tools like Portrait Snap, designed to capture moving subjects with clarity and depth.
Both devices run on MagicOS 9.0, based on Android 15, and incorporate intelligent features such as AI Subtitles, AI Translation, deepfake detection, and the updated AI Magic Portal 2.0. The HONOR Connect system also enables smooth integration across Android and iOS platforms, simplifying cross-device use.
In terms of hardware, both models are powered by a 6000mAh battery. The Pro model features 100W SuperCharge, enabling rapid charging, while both devices offer water and dust resistance, with the Pro carrying IP68 and IP69 ratings.
The HONOR 400 Series will be among the first devices to receive Android updates and security patches through 2030, thanks to HONOR’s extended partnership with Google.
Pre-orders are now available in the UAE, with pricing starting at AED 1,399 for the HONOR 400 and AED 2,499 for the Pro. Early buyers can expect exclusive bundles including earbuds, custom phone cases — including designs from the Louvre Abu Dhabi — and 12-month HONOR Care plans covering accidental damage.
The series will be stocked across leading retailers including Amazon, noon, Sharaf DG, Emax, Carrefour, and Etisalat by e&.
