Everyone in 21st century wants to see himself smart and healthy and search for various things to satisfy himself, for this green tea plays its important role. For many years, it is being utilized as a supplement just because of great benefits of green tea.

Benefits of green TeaIts origin is from China, but it is famous throughout Asia due to its utmost benefits. It contains a mixture of benefits, from lowering level of blood pressure to cancer prevention. It is also considered more beneficial than black tea because green tea avoids fermentation process. It has poly-phenols and antioxidants which enhance its utilization. There is a long list of benefits of green tea, which can aware about its importance.

Benefits of green tea

  1. Green tea enhances our metabolism. The presence of poly-phenol increases the fat oxidation level. It also increases the process of food which turns into the calories.
  2. It regulates the level of glucose and slows down the blood sugar rise, which we feel after eating.
  3. It is best to use green tea regularly in order to minimize high-level of blood pressure.
  4. Green tea is also beneficial for heart patients. It works on blood vessels and enables our body to cop up with the changes of blood pressure.  It also protects our blood vessels against blood clots forming, which is the severe symptom of heart attack.
  5. Green tea has the ability to prevent our body against esophageal cancer. It minimizes its risk and helps kill the cancer cells. It does not damage our healthy tissue present around them.
  6. It minimizes blood cholesterol level in our body and increases the good cholesterol rate.
  7. It is best to use green tea regularly in order to minimize high-level of blood pressure.
  8. Green tea is also best for our skin. It is best against wrinkles and aging signs. Its ability is due to its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activities.
